We use popular pasteurized milk of Yamanaka stock farm (in Akaigawa) And raw cream in Hokkaido, so it is well-balanced taste. Also, fresh fruit flavor which is vary seasonally and many of them are farm-fresh fruit is loved by various people. Every kind of gelato that is made by machine from Italy has very smooth texture and gelato is high temperature zone than ice cream so you can enjoy rich aroma.
